Three men, one armed with a gun, on Saturday night robbed the occupants of a route 32 mini-bus on the Agricola Public Road, East Bank Demerara.
According to a police release investigations revealed that one of the bandits joined the vehicle at the Stabroek Market and requested to get off at Agricola. However, as the vehicle slowed down the man placed a handgun to the back of the driver’s head. When the bus stopped two other men appeared and together the three men robbed the driver and passengers of cash, jewellery and cell phones and escaped.
