Dear Editor,
I have just returned to Guyana. I was out for the night of May 2, 2009.
My colleagues have advised me of the disruption to their lives by the onslaught of uninvited noise and vulgarity into their homes. I am moving to the courts.
We in Atlantic Gardens will not rest until the Starlite stops disturbing our right to peace and quiet.
