A 14-year-old was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital early yesterday morning after being chopped on the left hand.
Dianne Gill of Haslington, East Coast Demerara arrived at the medical institution about 6.30 am yesterday. She was bleeding heavily from a severe wound on her left hand.
Reports are that Gill was at her Haslington home when she and another female began arguing. The other female is alleged to have chopped the teen during the confrontation.
Gill was treated and released by the hospital.
