It is alleged that on December 17 at Georgetown, being armed with a hand gun, Corbin robbed Christopher Marks of $6.5M property of Rampertab Etwaroo.

Corbin was not required to plead to the indictable charge when it was read to him.

The prosecutor asked that bail be refused on the grounds that the offence is a serious and prevalent one.

Corbin was subsequently denied bail and remanded to prison until June 29.
