With regard to Dr Randy Persaud’s letter captioned ‘Foreigners cannot interfere in the internal political affairs of a country’ (SN, September 10), are we to believe that Jimmy Carter is a Guyanese citizen? And are we to believe that the late Ted Kennedy was a Guyanese citizen?
