These two minibuses, plying the Georgetown/Lethem route, were speeding along the East Bank Public Road, dodging in and out of traffic around lunchtime yesterday. Closer observation of the minibus on the left revealed that the vehicle carried no registration plate, neither at the back nor the front (inset).
