The Superstreet XI team crushed Raiders XI by a margin of 70 runs when action in the Guyana Softball League (GSL) organized Trophy Stall 15-overs–a-side countrywide softball competition continued at the Leonora Primary School ground on Sunday.

With scores of 30 and 25 from Anand Debidin and Bharat Kumar, Superstreet managed to get up to a total of 97 before being bowled out in the 11th over as Danzell Foo led the bowling attack for Raiders and finished with 4-15.

Raiders in reply crumbled to a paltry 27 owing to two terrific bowling spells from Bharat Ramdial (5-6) and Khalid Mohammed (4-5) that gave no Raider batsman the chance of making it into double figures.

Rangers defeated Hydronie Sports Club by three wickets in their encounter that began at noon when HSC got the opportunity to bat first and were bowled out for 93 in 12 overs as Robert Stevenson with 4-15 and Brian Felix 3-20 tore through the batting lineup.
