The Guyana Ahmadiyya Anjuman will today commence a lecture series in Demerara, Essequibo and Berbice. A lecture is scheduled for this evening by a visiting Moulana from Trinidad on Islam and Terrorism.
According to a release from the organization, Moulana Mustafa Kemal Hydal will address the ‘interesting and timely topic’ Islam and Terrorism at the Masjid Darus Salaam on Brickdam at 7 pm today. The Moulana will then travel to Berbice and Essequibo to lecture on various subjects on Islam relative to the prophesies of the Holy Quran.
According to the release, the lectures in Berbice will be held at Canefield, Canje, on January 12th and at Rose Hall on January 13th. In Essequibo, the lectures are scheduled to be held at the Richmond Mosque on January 15th and at Charity on January 16th.
The general public is invited to all the events.
