We noticed a letter in today’s (January 11) Kaieteur News titled, ‘These demigods should hang their heads in shame,’ signed by Cleopatra.
Please note that Mayor Hamilton Green is well aware of the situation and has expressed concern over the plant pots on Regent Street being removed and destroyed. He however shares the sympathy and sentiments expressed by Cleopatra and is dealing with the matter internally.
Also, a letter in the Stabroek News of Friday, January 8, titled, ‘Tree cutter falls twenty feet.’
Over the weekend Mayor Hamilton Green paid a visit to Mr Vishu Seepaul at the Georgetown Hospital.
