Persaud at US meeting on monitoring LCDS

According to a Government Information Agency (GINA) press release Persaud is expected to deliver an address to the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) on how Geographical Information Systems (GIS) can be used as a tool to support the Low Carbon Development Strategy (LCDS) and Monitoring, Reporting and Verification.

He is also expected to have follow-up discussions on formulating a plan for implementing ESRI software and training for the University of Guyana, Guyana Forestry Commission, Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission, New Guyana Marketing Corporation, and the Office of Climate Change among others.
