No explanation for why Ministry of Finance did not pay full gratuity and pension

Dear Editor,

I Rudolph Greene, ex-police corporal No 10264, had a matter concluded in the Court of Appeal by Justice Ramson, now Attorney General, Justice Roy and Madam Justice Cummings-Edwards in my favour. I was sent by a member of staff from the Ministry of Finance to uplift cheque No. 843509 in the amount of $1,086,234 which was uplifted by a staff member from the Attorney General’s office to be paid to me. Instead I received cheque No 02-730933 in the amount of $540,533.00 without being given any reason or explanation. I would like to know the reason for this and why my gratuity and pension cannot be paid to me.

Yours faithfully,
Rudolph Greene
