Once again G.P.L has repeated its double monthly payment demand as it did in Dec. last making it thirteen payments in the 12-month calendar year of 2009.
Today I received another bill for this month (previous Mar.15th) to be paid on the 30thMar. No notice was ever given even though there was no demand in January. This erratic form of billing without an explanation from the Public Relations Dep’t can be embarrassing for fixed income persons who would not have budgeted for another payment until April.
Where are the Consumers Association-all are silent.
