Nineteen-year-old Christoff Braithwaite and Jason Sobers, 17, were not required to enter pleas to the joint indictable charge of robbery under arms.

It is alleged that on May 16, they used ice-picks to rob Da Silva Mitchell of a Blackberry cell phone valued $50,000.

They were represented by attorney-at-law Sasha Roberts. Prosecutor Shellon Daniels requested that the duo be remanded to prison and that a date be set for report on the Administration of Justice Act to be applied to the charge.

The magistrate subsequently granted the prosecutor’s request and ordered that the duo appear back in court on May 25.

Orandell Beckles and Kevial Stoll also appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on a robbery under arms charge.
