NARI cows befouling St Ignatius Nursery School compound

Dear Editor,
Could someone in authority please investigate a problem that seems to be getting out of hand in St Ignatius Village.

This morning as I went to drop off my child at St Ignatius Nursery School there was a whole set of fresh cow dung at the gate and in the school compound. The small children, parents and teachers had to be weaving through this mess to get into the school compound. It not only created a very unbecoming and smelly sight but it could also pose a major health issue for these small children and their teachers.

The animals that created this problem are a large herd of cows belonging to NARI that is roaming freely in the village. They are creating a major nuisance in the village and this has been going on for a number of months.

It seems that nothing is being done to control these animals and the problem is getting out of hand. Could someone in authority please look into this matter urgently. These animals are a real nuisance and need to be properly grazed in open pastures, not in a village.
Yours faithfully,
