Three persons were arrested after police found a gun and ammunition in a house at Pike Street, Kitty yesterday.
In a statement, police said that acting on information received, about 10:30 am yesterday, ranks went to a house at Lot 52 Pike Street where they carried out a search and unearthed a .38 revolver with four live matching rounds of ammunition.
Three suspects are in custody as police are continuing with their investigations. Charges will be instituted shortly, the statement said.
