There is an urgent situation developing in the village of Sand Reef, Albion, as well as in surrounding villages. These villages are Albion Front, High Reef, Squatting Area, Guava Bush and Doctor Bush. These villages have problems with theft.
There is a known criminal living in the area who has been to jail. When he is in jail there is no theft in these areas, but as soon as he is released, they are plagued with theft.
People in the area are disgusted with their situation. They are reporting their losses to the Albion Police station, but no action is being taken. There was a break and enter in a poor lady’s dwelling in Sand Reef recently; she made reports to the Albion Police Station – yet no action was taken.
The residents of Albion are appealing to Mr Merai to please take some action.
