Eclipse Falls woman remanded over murder of husband

The woman accused of clubbing her reputed husband to death at Eclipse Falls, North West District on Friday last, following a reported argument over money for their three children was yesterday remanded to prison.

The allegation against Pauline Williams is that between November 5 and 6, she murdered Augustine Henry.

The woman was not required to enter a plea to the capital offence of murder when it was read to her by Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court. (See more in tomorrow’s issue.)
