Police this afternoon said that an arrest warrant for Mark Benschop was issued by the court on November 03, 2010, after he failed to attend the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court 7 that day.
Benschop has been charged with driving motor pick-up GLL 3101 in respect of which a licence under the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act was not in force at the time
