Thank you for allowing us to respond to the letter ‘Promotion does not appear to be up and running’ published in your letter column of Wednesday, November 10, 2010, where Ayana Cort expresses her concerns about her ability to participate in the current GT&T ‘Textmas’ promotion.
We wish to apologise for Ayana Cort’s experience while attempting to participate and also during her interaction with our representative on the promotion hotline number. The website (www.cellinkgy.com) has been updated to reflect information on the promotion. We wish to assure Ms Cort that we are very committed to our customers and we appreciate her comments.
With regard to the concerns expressed on the promotion, we have made further changes to the promotion and are happy to say that it is working well.
