Barbados cable released on WikiLeaks

A cable from USAID Bridgetown from December 2006 is one of the first on the Caribbean that has been released either by WikiLeaks or the media that have been given full access to the hundreds of thousands of cables leaked by the site.

The cable below relates to travel plans for two US diplomats. WikiLeaks has been booted from its site previously hosted by Amazon. Three hundred and eight documents are said to be available on Guyana. They have not yet been uploaded.
