The Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha has extended good wishes and Lord Shiva’s blessings on the beautiful occasion of Phagwah to everyone.
The organisation’s president, Reepu Daman Persaud, noted in a message that “Phagwah has a strong social content which engulfs celebrants and creates conditions for progress and prosperity.
“Hindus will celebrate the festival in high spirits, ever conscious that one of its messages is never ever to succumb to evil in any shape or form, be brave, be good and be peaceful.”
