At the last India Day parade in New York, representatives of the Guyana government and the PPP were there. This was their right despite the poor optics with regards to Guyana.
One picture shows Mr Bisram holding the flag of India in one hand and the back of Mr Ramotar with the other. One has to be close to the PPP to get this close to the PPP top brass.
Mr Bisram publishes polls in the local media which is his right, but the claims that the polls are impartial and unbiased have to be questioned.
There are several discrepancies which others have adequately addressed in your pages.
Perhaps Mr Bisram can offer some rational explanation before we make other conclusions about him, the polls and the PPP.
