Dear Editor,
It is said that it is not guns which kill people, but people who kill people. In spite of that I also consider that guns kill people. When a man is properly trained to handle a firearm he knows when to shoot and when not to. In the case of a man who gets a licensed firearm and knows only how to load the gun and pull the trigger, the gun becomes a toy. Such a licensed firearm holder will only wait for the time he can show off with his weapon, and if he has had a few drinks, the alcohol will give him the extra urge to show off, with possibly deadly results.
