A suspect has been arrested for the murder of miner Oscar De Roche, who was shot and killed during an argument at Enachu, Cuyuni, North West District last Friday.
Crime Chief Seelall Persaud yesterday said the suspect is expected to be arraigned on a charge at the Bartica Magistrates’ Court today.
De Roche, 43, was shot and killed during an argument with another man at a mining camp. The father of five had only recently returned to the interior.
