Abusive language accused put on peace bond

A man who appeared before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry accused of using abusive language towards his wife was ordered to sign a

one-year bond to keep the peace.

Bryan Hubbard, 42, pleaded not guilty to using abusive language to Erica Dhanraj on March 16.

The man has seven children with his wife.

He had a previous traffic matter before the courts and was acquitted and during the hearings he never failed to appear in court. This was the argument put up by his attorney and the defendant was sent on his own recognizance.
