Dear Editor,
Look at the speed that police cars travel when they accompany a minster‘s car. They have no respect for the law, which is why Guyana is a lawless country. People do what they like on the country‘s roads.
There are a large number of cows and horses on the road. If a horse should run across the road what will happen to these speeding vehicles? It may cause loss of life, crashes, etc.
