Dear Editor,
I had a very pleasant experience when I called at the Revenue & Licensing Office (RLO) of the GRA to renew my annual vehicle licence. No queues, courteously directed straight to the cashier, presented my documents, paid the fees and it was all completed within a few minutes. No forms to fill in, no long queues, no moving from one long line to another to complete various stages as in previous years. So well done RLO/GRA – very professional.
