Numbers on a swipe-pad at a city bank have faded

Dear Editor,

The numbers on the swipe-pad of a city commercial bank are faded, and customers, especially the elderly, even though they are wearing spectacles, cannot press these digits readily. The teller would then assist them to do so, as other customers wait to be attended to. This swipe-pad should be replaced with a new one, to facilitate faster customer service.
