Guyana hosts international Sri Sathya Baba convention

The Sri Sathya Baba Organization of Guyana will be hosting an International Convention, titled ‘Divine Showers’, from August 3 to 5 and will be joined by delegates from across the world.

Sri Sathya Baba Organization, in a press release, stated that the convention, first of its kind in Guyana, will be held at the Guyana School of Agriculture, Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara. Delegations from Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname, Barbados, Jamaica, Curacao, the USA and Canada are slated to arrive for the convention.

The guest list includes over 250 international delegates with prominent names such as; Dr Sunny Anand (Memphis, USA), Psychotherapist David Cornsweet and disciples of Sri Sathya Baba, Aparna Murali and Sunam G Tenzin of Sikkin, India.

Divine Showers, aims to highlight the practical importance and implications of Sai Baba’s spiritual dictums. It is dubbed as an event to bring alive the universal human values into people’s daily lives and encourages them to inspire the youths to lead with values based on truth, righteousness, peace, love and non-violence.
