“Eco-conscious couture” - Designer Sonia Noel’s ‘Amazonia Caribe’ gowns were on display at the opening of GuyExpo on Thursday evening. “Fashion could be about fantasy and it think it is important for a designer to go from one extreme to the other displaying their creativity and engaging the fantasy world and still be real,” Noel said of the designs, which included the cocktail dress that was made from left over programmes from Theatrical Spectacular which was stage at the Cultural Centre last year. The models are Winner Guyana Model Search Carles Griffith, Shellon Fraser and Michelle Platter.
