15% of Banks DIH’s workers employed at company for over 20 years

Banks DIH Limited recently inducted 32 more employees into its 20-year Club at the annual Long Service Award Luncheon, held at the Banks DIH Sports Club, at Thirst Park.

In remarks to the attendees, Andrew Carto, Human Resources Director, said that 189 employees are at present members of the Club, representing 15% of the workforce, which is a distinguished achievement for the company, the company said in a release.

Carto congratulated the employees for reaching the milestone and encouraged them to continue to work assiduously for the betterment of the company.

Banks DIH Chairman Clifford Reis, meanwhile, presented gold pins to each of the new members of the Club at the function, which was also attended by George McDonald, Assistant Managing Director/Marketing Director and Michael Pereira, Operations Director.
