A man was yesterday released on self bail after he appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court to answer to the charge of unlawful assault.
Richard Henry of 476 Block ‘A’ Mon Repos, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Gavin Weeks.
The court was told that the two men assaulted each other. However, Weeks was not present in court.
Their case will be called again on January 15, 2013, in Court 10.
