Courts donates washing machine to Mahaica Hospital

The International Women’s Aid organisation had identified the need for a washing machine at the Mahaica Hospital and had promised to facilitate its procurement.  Yesterday, Courts Guyana Inc. was pleased to assist the organisation in fulfilling their promise by donating a washing machine to the hospital, a release from the company said.

President of the organisation, Jennifer Prince said that the washing machine will go a long way to assist the hospital to clean linen and clothes.
The Administrator of the Mahaica Hospital expressed gratitude to Courts Guyana Inc. for the donation and to International Women’s Aid for their facilitation.

In the release, the company said that Courts recognised the effort and resources required to run the hospital, and since they had a store in the Mahaica area, they thought it fitting to give back to the community.
