At about 1030h yesterday, police say that Ryan Blackett, 39 years, of Crane Housing Scheme, WCD, was at a shop at Houston, EBD, when he was attacked by two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.
The armed man shot Blackett to his left foot, after which the perpetrators took away his jewellery and $300,000.00 and escaped, police said.
Blackett was admitted to the GPHC for medical treatment.
