Former President of the Caribbean Development Bank and former Chancellor of the University of Guyana, Professor Compton Bourne is Guyana’s Ambassador-designate to Brazil.
This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.
It was also announced that former health minister Dr Leslie Ramsammy is the ambassador designate to Switzerland and will also be accredited as Guyana’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva.
