A traffic officer was last evening killed and a colleague seriously injured following an accident while they were on a motorcycle on the Zeelugt Public Road, West Coast Demerara.
Dead is Constable Shaquille Anderson, a policeman attached to the Parika Police Station. The name of the injured officer was not known up to press time.
Anderson was rushed to the Woodland’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
