Eighty-year-old dies in Diamond accident

Police are investigating yet another road fatality. Yesterday at approximately 3:30pm 80 year old Nazo Shaddick of Little Diamond squatting area, EBD was struck down by a motor vehicle.
According to a police press release Shaddick was crossing the main road when she was hit. She was taken to the Diamond Diagnostic Centre where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police stated that they have taken the driver of the motor vehicle into custody.
