Windwards set revised target of 134

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados,  CMC – Windward Islands have been set a revised target of 134 off 29 overs to win the Regional Super50 final against Combined Campuses and Colleges, after persistent rain delayed their run chase by almost two hours here last night.

They bowled out CCC for 174 in the final over of the scheduled 50, with captain Kyle Corbin top scoring with 46 and Nekoli Parris getting 34.

Left-arm seamer Kenroy Peters was the best bowler with four for 32 while West Indies off-spinner Shane Shillingford took three for 29.

Play was expected to resume at 6:57 pm but adverse weather, which twice interrupted play during the CCC innings, returned to thwart the game during the break.
The Windwards innings was expected to get underway at 9 pm.
