(Trinidad Express) A Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) contractor was found dead in the driver’s seat of his Toyota Prado Land Cruiser on Monday.
The body of Howard Lalloo, 46, was discovered slumped behind the steering wheel by police, at around 2.30 p.m.
Investigators were contacted by a truck driver who was driving along Milton Road, Couva, and spotted the body inside the vehicle.
Police arrived on the scene and found that Lalloo was shot in the head.
Documents inside the vehicle indicated that the vehicle belonged to Lalloo, a La Romaine businessman.
