Banks DIH does not condone behaviour which will have a negative impact on customers and the public

Further to your correspondence dated March 20, 2014 and received on March 24, 2014, please be advised as follows:

The incident as stated in the letter which was published in the Stabroek News of March 15, 2014 is noted (‘Delivery truck man verbally abused Amerindian woman’). The letter which is also entirely from the perspective of the complainant and M Abraham the signatory is also noted.

Our company does not condone any type of conduct and behaviour on the part of employees which will negatively impact the company’s image and relationship with our customers and members of the public.
