So the 2014 budget caters for the cleaning up of the country.
Wonderful! A well-meaning move indeed.
So what happens after the cleaning up? Do we go back to square one?
Guyana needs, I think, a countrywide permanent cure as near as possible for littering, not time-to-time interventions after which the trend of littering continues.
