Powerlifters named for St Croix event

The Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPF) has shortlisted an 11-member team to represent the nation at the eighth NAPF Caribbean Islands Powerlifting Championships in St Croix, US Virgin Islands.

Guyana is currently the two-time defending Caribbean Champions and will be heading to the July 8-13 championships on a quest to three-peat.

The team of eight males and three females was selected based on the participation and performances of the lifters at the Senior National Championships held in November last year.
