A woman who allegedly swallowed cocaine pellets is now an admitted patient at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH).
According to a source, the woman was rushed to the GPH’s Accident and Emergency Unit yesterday morning, where she being treated.
It is unclear how much of the drug the woman ingested or where she was when she took the illegal substance.
The woman is in a stable condition at the public health facility, where she is being treated.
