Dear Editor,
We the Guyanese people are outraged to learn that former President Ramotar pardoned a convicted child killer before he left office. The President demonstrated poor judgement by letting this man loose to roam among the child population without warning. Therefore, the PPP and Mr Ramotar have an obligation to let the public know the whereabouts of this man so that communities can safeguard their children.
We call on the religious leaders to condemn this action by President Ramotar.
