The traffic lights at the corner of Camp and Church streets

The traffic lights at the corner of Camp and Church streets were not working yesterday morning and a car and motorcycle proceeding without caution collided at that junction causing severe damage to both. (See composite photo below) Noting that there are two schools close by observers said it could have been much worse. The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital for medical attention.
