US$4m call centre for T&T

(Trinidad Express) Florida-based outsourcing firm iQor has expanded its operations in Trinidad and Tobago with the launch of a call centre at Tamana InTech Park.
The call centre, valued at US$4 million, opens on September 8 and will service an existing wireless telecommunications provider based in the United States.
iQor, recognised as one of the world’s leading providers of business outsourcing, will be the first tenant at Tamana InTech Park, a 1,100-acre development in Wallerfield, which is the largest science and technology eco-business park in the Caribbean.
