Prosecutor Deniro Jones gave no details pertaining to the charge and only informed the court that none of the stolen items were recovered.

Magistrate Ann McLennan placed the defendant on $150,000 bail and adjourned the matter to October 6 for statements.

Upon hearing the sum of his bail, McRae, who had continuously referred to the magistrate as “mommy” during his appeal to the court, tearfully stated, “These people locking me up and I ain’t even do nothing.”
