Brazilian national Jose D’Andrade is now hospitalised after he was shot in the back by two men in the midst of an argument over dust.
At about 1pm on Thursday, D’Andrade, 30, of Bartica, was confronted by two men at Blackwater, Cuyuni, over the dust that was being blown by an ATV that he was driving, police said in a statement.
During the altercation, police added, shots were fired at D’Andrade and he was struck to his back.
