The Customs Anti-Narcotic Unit arrested a 53-year-old male Canadian citizen last evening at the CJIA with over 25 pounds of cocaine concealed in packages of milk and frozen food.
Passenger was due to travel to Toronto on Fly Jamaica, sources say.
