WikiLeaks… Jamaica ban on Rodney remained firm in 1973 – cable

While in June 1973 the Jamaica Government had begun to lift bans on various individuals who were deemed to be undesirables it remained firmly in place for historian Dr Walter Rodney who would later lead the WPA and be killed in a bomb explosion here in 1980.
